Good deal on 2020 Q7?

Looking at leasing 2020 Q7 45 Premium Plus with some additional packages (Matrix headlights and Warm Weather Package). Dealer is offering to honor the Costco discount (10% off MSRP) + additional $1000 Audi loyalty discount. We haven't discussed with them whether we'll be purchasing or leasing. Does this sound like a good deal before we go further in discussions?
