Tail light problem

In a Camry 2000 when I on the parking light the two tail light will work but when I pass the brake only one will work please any solution

    The tail light bulb has two elements in it - one for the "regular" light, the other for the brake light. Sounds like the brake light element has burned out. Go to any auto parts store and purchase a replacement. The owners manual should have instructions on how to change it.

    I have changed the bulb but that has not solved the problem
