My headlights won't come on during the daytime and I need them when it's foggy or raining. I have a 2012 Volvo XC90 Executive.

They come on automatically at night however.

If you want to turn the lights on manually, you'll have to take them off automatic. Isn't that a choice on the knob?

No automatic choice on the knob simply 0/sidelights and headlight symbols.

Done and read all that, I have a manual, the automatic dipped beam MUST be turned off. There is no other explanation.
