They said that I'm Tier 5 according my credit score because is less than 600 around 589 , that isn't true because my is 600-650 in experian, What is the range credit score to get a Tier 5 and which is the money factor for it?

There may be enhanced "auto only" credit scores. The FICO score is just one part of putting you in a tier. Auto-related credit history is another one.

Toyota Financial Services is the bank for Mazda leases. But, I don't have their cutoff numbers
Also, don't see them offering leases for anything under Tier 3 (though, there may be exceptions).
