2021 BMW X5 M50i Leasing Deals...

Hi, looking to lease a 2021 X5 M50i or X5 xDrive40i (M Sport). May even consider a X5M if there are crazy end of the year deals.

But would love to see what current Residual Value/Money Factor/Incentives there are for the models mentioned: 36 months and 10K/year in 22044. Also, how much off MSRP has everyone been able to negotiate.
