So, to repeat my original question - what is the specific breakdown of the $3000?

I ask because it's a good place for the dealer to hide junk fees and such....

I'd recommend skipping the down payment, and adding the acquisition and dealer doc fee to the selling price. You'll have a higher payment, but you won't risk losing $2500 if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.
