If the MSRP (from your first post) is $31,450, why is the selling price from this post $10 higher?

The dealer cash will be part of any discount you are offered by the dealer, and the lease cash is a customer incentive that is treated like a down payment. Are you giving the dealer another $2000 on top of that?

I'm not sure I follow all the numbers that you've shared - it may be easier to have the dealer give you a copy of the lease worksheet that we can review.

Using the original MSRP and the "My price" you've given, I calculate $399/mo.

Either the APR has been marked up, or the adjusted cap cost is higher than the "my price".
