BMW x5 finance pricing, what to take off msrp and can still subtract incentives?

Trying to see what a good price would be for a 2021 BMW X5 in Dallas area. I see bmwusa advertising 3500 off incentive. What would be good price to take off MSRP and then can i still have this incentive as well? I also own a bmw so would i also be able to subtract $1000 loyalty

1.90% APR financing up to 60 months

$2500 of the incentive is BMW to dealer, so will be part of any discount offered.
The other $1000 is the consumer loyalty incentive. Applied as a CAP cost reduction.

Is this a good deal? Finance car at 1.9%, MSRP =$78k, $4k discount, $3.5k rebates, throw in tint, wheel locks, black kidney grill. So $70.5k
