After lease signed: Audicare or not

I didn't get the Audicare when signing the contract since they didn't offer me any discount on it and it was in full price ($1199). Later I found out about the 1% increase in residual value when adding the Audicare which I could use it for the Audicare. I talked to the dealership and they refused to do that and they said it is too late to fix it.
My question is: Does it still worth to get the Audicare at full price?
How much the 10k 20k 30k required services cost?

I wouldn't pay full price for it, if you missed the chance to add it to your lease.
