oil change reset mileage data in ECU?

Do any cars store oil change reset mileages in the ECU? Like if the owner doesn't have oil change records, is there a way to reconstruct this data from data in the ECU?

    Seems doubtful. In any case, resetting the light doesn't prove the oil changes were made.

    Likewise the oil service could be done but the system not reset. Some of the European systems do retain the historical resets over the life of the vehicle.
