Need help finding money factor in MA for X5 45e

Hi, Can someone please help me with Lease info on a 2021 BMW X5 Xdrive 45e in zip code 02472
36 months/10,000 miles annually?

    The dealer quoted me a money factor of .00126 which feels high, I have excellent credit and very good standing with BMW credit(this will be my 3rd car financed by BMW credit and never a late payment, if it matters)

    .00086 is the base MF

    Dealers can markup the rate by .00040 for extra profit.

    Not sure if it's the best deal but I think I am satisfied. Deal is 8% + 1500 incentives which came to about 10% off total for ~80k custom ordered car. MF is base .00086. Thank you for your help with learning the base MF!
