Does the $900 include the first payment? Doc fee? Acquisition fee (which is $995 on its own)? DMV costs?

An itemization from the dealer would go a long way to answering these questions.

Go back with whatever you want to counter with.

I'd start by trying to get another $1000 off the cap cost, to offset that crazy high dealer fee.
