Lease Help with 2021 Acura RDX SH-AWD Tech Package

I am looking for some guidance on what kind of discount to expect on a new RDX SH-AWD Tech package in 61704. Is 10% off MSRP completely unrealistic to target for a Lease. I have the MF and RV. We do qualify for Loyalty $1500 right now. Our current lease expires mid April and I want to start emailing some dealerships; however, I don't want to burn any bridges either with an unrealistic low ball offer. Any help is greatly apprecieated.
