What are are the typical discounts people are getting off MSRP?

I see $2,250 cash back from GM. I headed to the dealer this evening to find out how this is applied (or more commonly not).

I see $750 dealer discounts too. Again, not sure how this applies or not.

I also consider 10% off as a reasonable, but not great deal.
