Holdbacks

I've heard mixed information recently about dealer holdbacks. From my understanding VW has a holdback amount of 2% of the MSRP yet reading some Reddit threads I've seen mentions of VW having no dealer holdbacks any longer. Does anyone know which is actually true?

    Sorry, we don't have any current information about holdbacks.
