Negotiation via email - how to reply?

I have an appointment this Saturday for the Q5 e P+. I know i want to lease the car, and i've already worked out multiple lease sheets on lease hackr. Nothing in terms of price have been discussed yet. I've applied online for credit approval, and now the dealer is asking this question:

How would you respond?
