Help determining a good deal please?

Hi All,
First time buyer here and heard this forum is super helpful. Im taking a look at this listing here for a Mercedes C300:
https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/inventorylisting/viewDetailsFilterViewInventoryListing.action?zip=92620&showNegotiable=true&sortDir=ASC&sourceContext=carGurusHomePageModel&distance=50&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity2=c27555&sortType=DEAL_SCORE&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity=c27555#listing=295074515
The car is a CPO. They also state "no haggle". Can someone please let me know what would be considered a good and great deal? I definitely dont want to pay the list price and definitely dont want to regret paying too much for the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
