Looking for Lease Details 2021 230i Convertible

Hi, I'm looking for details (MF, residual, etc.) on a current BMW Financial Services lease for 230i convertible. 15K miles. Not sure I'm getting the straight scoop from the dealer on MF and residual. Any help will be appreciated. Southeast US. Thanks!
