36 Months/10k Miles

I’m interested to lease the Porsche Macan I listed in this thread, may I please have the MF and Residual for this model? I reside in 08030(New Jersey) and this vehicle is in Delaware state. Will the MF and Residual base off where I live or the dealership in Delaware? Any incentives? I believe this is a base model.
