Hi, may I please have the MF/RV, 36mo, 10,000mi, for zip 91103 on a 2020 Volvo XC40 Inscription? This is a NEW car (dealer/loaner)

If it is last year's model, do the current incentives apply? By the way, is it typical for the dealer to lease the previous year's model if it was a loaner?
