    .00101 and 61%
    $1620 lease cash

What is the itemization of the $3000 up front?

I get $304/mo, plus tax, with those prices, so some of that $3K is going to cap reduction.

I don't see the acquisition fee listed on that sheet (it's also $595).

With a cap cost about $1K less than the selling price, the pre-tax payment is about right.

Have them write up a quote with only the first payment and DMV costs paid up front - no cap reduction, and all non-gov't fees are rolled into the lease payment.

Thank you! This is the whole of what they gave me. Do you still think I should ask for the other quote?

    That works.

I agree with the dealer numbers on this quote.

I still believe that you should go into this lease with only the first payment and DMV costs out of pocket at lease signing, and take the higher payment in return.

The dealer offered me a lease of closer to $400.

    Edmunds calculator shows $343.

Where do I get something like that?

Do you have a copy of the dealer lease worksheet?

Would help us comparing the numbers - either the MF or the adjusted cap cost are off, somewhere.
