price on a new 2020 still on lot in 2021

How much should I be paying for a 2020 S4 left over on the lot in 2021 relative to the msrp? Should this be like 10k off msrp or what exactly, dealer is in CA.

I don't see any special incentives, other than 0% APR financing for 72 months

While a 2021 has 0% for 60 months, with a $1500 consumer rebate.

I think I'd want at least 10% less than a 2021 model, after all incentives are deducted
