lease calc help

when running a lease calc should the acquisition fee be in the gross cap costs not part of the upfront fees? ie, total MSRP to get the RV then less dealer discounts/negotiation then add in dealer fee to get the Gross Cap cost?

    Add in whatever you are not willing to pay upfront to the selling price to get the adjusted cap cost.
