What can anyone tell me about the MF and RV for the Northeast Market (South Jersey, Philadelphia Region)? I'm seeing recent numbers like .00024 for MF and 57% - 58% for the RV. Hoping someone can offer some advice as I was hosed on my first lease and I want to make sure that doesn't happen again. Thank you in advance!
