I'm new to the lease market, trying to sign up for a 2021 Stelvio Ti with pretty much all options except HK music system.

MSRP: $53,440
Sales Price:$47,550
Gross Cap:$48,299
Term:24 Months/ 10k miles
Security Deposit: None
Cash Down:$4500
Upfront Tax:$265

Monthly Payment: $445 for 24 months.

I don’t know what the money factor is, but would like to know how good are these numbers.

What is your location?

Putting large amounts upfront will make a shorter term lease seem cheaper, but since you have fewer months over which to amortize that big upfront amount, the actual monthly cost is probably higher.

With down payment of $0, the monthly cost they gave is $615 for 24 months.

Yes, its 4500 due at signing including 1st month lease amount and insurance.

I have also confirmed today that the monthly payment of $445 includes Tax and GAP insurance.

The $0 down option would be around $586/mo for 36 mo.

Again... Seems average.
