Good 21 Explorer Lease ST?

Currently, looking at a $715 including tax on a 21 Explorer ST with the Tech Package. 36/12k with a 54% residual 0.83% APR, total MSRP is $56,185 before a $1,500 incentive and $2,000 equity/downpayment from my current leased car.

Located in SoCal. I know Explorer's don't lease well, but its very similar priced from a fully loaded with the Night package Telluride. Palisade not much of my liking and the MDX with the packages I want was going for $750.

Very happy with the Explorer and options aside from missing HUD and moonroof. Similar gas mileage as the AWD MDX and Telluride with MUCH more power.

What is the adjusted cap cost for this quote? Is there any dealer discount from the MSRP?

Unfortunately, the sale price is $54,685 after the incentive. And no, no discount from the MSRP aside from that. Very limited on Explorer's that are under MSRP but none with the options im looking at near me. Practically every dealer in SoCal are selling them for MSRP.
