    So we finalized our lease deal yesterday for a 2020 MDX SH-AWD (10K miles). Seems to be a really good value for the car. We received a $1500 loyalty rebate and a $750 military rebate. Also had a little equity in our trade. We ended up with a Gross cap cost of $41364 and an adjusted cap cost of $39114. The money factor was .0001 (.24%) which is pretty awesome. We paid $0 out of pocket at lease signing. In the end our monthly payment is $378 plus tax. They are pushing hard to move the last of these 2020's!
