Deal Check - Financing 2019 Mazda 3 Sedan Select in Texas

I found a "used" 2019 Mazda 3 Select 4dr Sedan (2.5L 4cyl 6A) with 5,700 miles listed at $19,700. Edmunds states this is a great deal at $2,000 below market. I say "used" because it was a demo vehicle, never been sold. It comes with a 3y/36K (minus miles already on it) warranty. I traveled two hours to check it out; the window tint is bubbly, there are a few chips in the paint as well as what they called "overspray", scratches in the piano glass near the shifter, and chafing under the front bumper from scraping concrete. Though I'm from out of town, I intend to have a PPI done if I can find someone local. The dealership agreed to re-tint the windows and fix the paint chips. Is this a good deal or is there room for further negotiation? Thank you!
Breakdown:
Retail: $24,170
Sale Price: $19,700
State Tax (6.25%): $1,262.19
Dealers Inventory Tax: $28.07
License/Transfer: $88
Inspection: $14.50 Title: $28
Doc Fee: $150
Dealer Added Services Fee (dealership declined to remove this): $495
Down Payment: $2,000
Amount to Finance: $19,765.76
About Me: Income is $38K and Fico 8 score is 710.

Something to check out: If the warranty clock has started on the mileage, it may have already started by time, as well. Meaning, this 2019 might only have a year or two of warranty left, regardless of it never being sold. I'd ask for the in-service and warranty expiration date.

Otherwise, treat it as any used 2019 Mazda, and make your price judgements from there.
