How come I see on this forum that the Lexus es250 residual value is 52% ????

If you look at any 3 year old Lexus the values compared to original MSRP is anywhere from 70-80%

    That's what the bank thinks the car will be worth in 3 years.

    Very rarely are the assigned residual values based on actual market.
