Opinion on Lease deal offered by Honda Dealership

I was offered 4,000$ down payment with a monthly payment of 300-320$ for a lease of a 2021 Honda Accord 2.0 Sport. I was wondering if I can receive some feedback from you guys and educate me more to see if I should go on with this deal or not.

    Location?
    Term and mileage?
    Itemization of the $4K up front?
