Is this car worth it?

Hey everyone, I know the used car market has been crazy. I've been looking to buy a car and found a 2012 KIO Rio with 120K miles for $6.7K from a KIA dealership, but not certified pre-owned. The car had a clean title, no accident, recorded service from the same dealership from 2014-present. Do you think the price is worth its value? + It is marked as a great value on Carfax ($900 below).

FYI I'm a new driver and this would be my first car, I have very little knowledge about cars and do not have anyone to help me. I'm looking for a reliable, inexpensive car and my budget is max $8k included taxes and fees.
