I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander and TFS told mazada the cost to buy it is $27,000. I get no money paid to me. I also paid all of my lease payments on the Highlander. This is the lease agreement but later the sales rep called and said he quoted me wrong and didn’t factor in my package so my monthly payment will be $289 instead of $259.
Is this is deal and should I agree to the new monthly payment when I have this agreement?

There aren't any numbers on your sheet that give the lease details, other than what you owe and the payment. So, no way for me to judge that part of it.

I'd be wary of any change to the deal they agreed to, after the fact. I certainly wouldn't agree to an extra $30/mo.

Have you shopped your trade-in elsewhere? Unless you check with Carmax, Carvana, etc, you'll have no idea if you are giving up equity, or not.
