Are ridiculous fees the new normal for dealers or just smoke and mirrors?

Looking to get residual, MF and any incentives for July on 2021 FWD Mazda CX-30 preferred, 36/10K, Zip 32771 so I can work up some numbers I'm confident with!
Dealer indicates "best" they can do if I put $1,000 down is $351-361/month but I see fees like: tire fee - $5.00, battery fee $1.50, rental surcharge $60, pre-delivery service charge $250, etc. in the workup and I've never paid for items like that in all my 25 years of leasing - has something changed????????
