This is the first time I am trying for a leased vehicle. I need help from the experts here to finalize the deal. Can you please look at the attached sheet and suggest if this is a good price for zip 98005. Thanks!

    .00235 MF and 65% for 36/10

    Ask them for the adjusted cap cost used for their quote, and the details behind that number. The "total purchase price" is likely not valid for a lease.
