X3M40i Lease Turn In

I’m active military. I leased an X3 M40i in RI, registered it in NJ and now live in OC Cali. My lease is up next month. Buyout is $38,000 and similar vehicles are retailing in the high $40s. If I purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease - am I eligible for promotion like “no payments for 3 month”, loyalty, military/USAA? Or is the price completely set plus tax?

Lease ends 17 September 2021. Vehicle has 24,xxx miles on it. It has every options except the enhanced safety (lane keep assist, adaptive cruise. Etc).

I either want to buy it and keep it or buy it and resell on my own time.

Thoughts?

Captive lease companies rarely have any sort of incentive to purchase a car off lease. They may not even offer you financing.
