Leasing Options for Wolf-Gray Kia K5 GT-Line

So, I'm trying the figure out what numbers would work for a 36-month lease on 10,000 miles for either a 2020 or 2021 Kia K5 GT-line (preferably a wolf gray).

The local dealership gave me a cap cost of $27,240.00 with a money factor of 0.00113 (seems a little high for an interest rate) and a residual of $17,161.20 (63%). Now, they did adjust the cap cost which is bs because it factors in a trade balance of $3,500 and "deal contributions" of $1,420.00, but I wanted to see how much I could lower that initial cap cost.

Would appreciate any numbers on this. I live in SLC, UT by the way.

There are no programs for the 2020 K5, so I'll assume we're dealing with a 2021 model.

    36/10 lease numbers
    .00113 MF and 63% residual
    $1420 lease cash

I get $349/mo, plus tax, with the MSRP and cap cost provided.

What payment is the dealer quoting?

That sounds about right. What I was wondering was how low can I go with the cap cost and MF so that I can lower that monthly payment?

The MF is as low as it can go.

We don't track pricing, but every $500 off the cap cost will save you roughly $15/month on the payment. Use the Price Checker below.
