2 Year Lease coming to an end....

Given market I was able to previously get into a unicorn of a deal two years ago.
Those days are obviously over. My question is given that it was a two year lease, would it be possible to ask for an additional one year extension (yes I know you can extend upwards of two months), given the original was only 2 years?

Lease maturity date is coming up next month.

We don't know anymore than the bank does, regarding extending your lease.

I'd give them and call and explore your options.
