I have an offer
MSRP: $47,420
Savings: $2,500
Rebate: $1000
upfront tax: $1807
MSD: $4200
MF: 0.00112
Monthly payment: $564

Please advise if this is a good lease deal based on the current market conditions for 2021 BMW 330i xDrive.

    What is your location?
    What lease term and how many miles per year?

    MF is marked up, even before the MSDs are applied. Base MF is .00093, which would be lowered to .00065 after the MSDs are applied.

    Any discount from MSRP is considered good, with the current market conditions.

    I'd push for the base MF.

    Are you in the City of Chicago? If so, there is a city based sales tax that is applied to the monthly payment. That's in addition to the state levied sales tax, which is collected up front.

    I am not staying in Chicago, i am in Arlington heights if thats what you are asking , sorry if i misunderstood your question. I understand that any discount is good with the current market condition, but paying $564 (Around $90 more than 1% lease of MSRP) with $3k downpayment and MSD, i feel its more closer to a bad deal than a good one.

    There are no "good" deals to be had in today's current market.

    My advice? Postpone your shopping.

    1% is a guideline, not a rule. Just food for thought.
