residual & MF for 2021 BMW X1

hi, can someone please provide me with the residual & MF for a 2021 bmw x1 demo, zip code 60660 for 36 mo/12k and 36 mo/15k?

don't know if/how this changes things, but it's a 'courtesy vehicle' with 177 miles on odometer. it was listed as a new vehicle on CarGurus and a pre-driven vehicle on the dealer website. it was put into service in july, so that's when the warranty clock started ticking.

Don't know how the demo thing will play out, but with less than 500 miles, there will be no residual reduction.

have to say i'm a little surprised at the low residual percentage - i was thinking it would be 58ish - is it lower because it's bmw and/or because it's an x1? or is 54 pretty much the norm? thanks.

That's the highest residual for any BMW crossover/SUV. And, typical for Euro models
