Money factor and Residual Value

Want to lease a 2021 Honda HR-V LX in area code 22206 (Arlington VA area). 36 months/10,000 miles. Would like money factor and residual value. Also, if you know a good lease price for this area with $1000 down that would be helpful.

    If you can provide the same info for 2022 since some places no longer have 2021's thanks.
