I am looking for recommendations on new cars / SUVs with the below criteria.
Price range : 22K to 25K
Criteria: Able to fit 2 child seats in the back, safety, mileage, reliable

If you are limiting yourself to new cars, the only ones in that price range are subcompact and compact vehicles. There may be a very small SUV, or two, in that price range, as well.
