Leasing Chevy Traverse vs Dodge Durango vs GMC Acadia?

My parents are in their 70s, retired, on a fixed income. They want to lease a 2021/22 SUV, something with decent cargo space and they have owned Dodge and Chevys in the past. They don't need the bells and whistles - just the basics. Safety and reliability are their prime concerns.

Does anyone have thoughts on these models along with leasing numbers (incentives, residuals, etc)? Looking to capitalize on holiday offers and sign a lease soon.

For the record, this is about the worst time to enter into a new lease - there is not a lot of inventory, and the lease programs reflect that.
