How much should I expect to pay if financing a new CRV right now?

Looking to order a new CRV from Honda since the one I want isn't in stock around me. If I'm not mistaken, this is good for the dealer since they don't have to have a new car sitting in one of their lots taking up space, correct?
Seems like Honda is less apt than BMW to negotiate via email from what I've seen so far, all the Honda dealers want me to come down to the dealership in person, what gives?
Can I even expect anything off invoice in today's climate?
