Dealer trade in value for a 2016 Acadia

I am trading my 2016 Acadia in. They said I would have $3500 toward my down payment on a new lease. It has 36500 miles, new semi aggressive tires, above average condition. No stains, dents or major scratches. Any help getting the dealer trade in. I am looking to lease Tacoma and they are hard to get a price deal on so looking for any advantage. Thank you!
