Hi. I'm from Chicago. Got a quote for a 2022 X4 factory build (no add-ons) for $53,149. This is the OTD with no tax (buying for a tax exempt organization). I've asked for a breakdown of the OTD but so far the sales person hasn't responded. I'm trying to estimate what other fees have been added (other than title and registration). Can someone give me an idea for the other fees?

Also looking for the MF and RV. I'd like to lease for 36 months at 12k miles a year. Zip code is 60602. Thanks!

$925 acquisition fee
IL dealer doc fees are around $200.
Sales tax rate is applied to the sum of payments and collected upfront (though you can roll that amount into the CAP cost)
