Need help finding great deal for Honda Accord ex, sport in!!!

My 2014 Nissan Altima SL is almost paid off. It has sunroof, heated steering wheel, heated seats, navigation, and Sirius radio. Need help in finding a great deal for a Honda Accord ex, sport with above features(minus heated steering if needed to get great deal) where my lease payment would be $315 to $330 a month or lower. What MRSP, selling price should I be looking for? I drive 12K miles a year with good credit.

Given the current market climate, you'll be hard pressed to find a Civic for that lease payment.
