2022 ES300 Out the Door Prices

My wife is stronger looking at this car and I wanted to know what some of you paid out the door cost vs MSRP. We haven't bought a car since pre pandemic so I don't know what is a good price now since car prices became inflated (don't know if they still are). Please let me know if you can help, thanks.
