Hello I live in New Jersey ( Zip code 07036) I am looking to lease a BMW X4 2023 12miles /year 36 months with $0 down. The MSRP for the car is $53, 400. The dealer price for the car is $58, 235. I am trying to estimate other fees or add ons other than registration and title. Could someone assist me in finding out the MF, RV or other fees. Thank you.

.00200 MF and 55% residual
BMWFS acquisition fee is $925
NJ dealer will likely have a dealer fee ($400-$900, usually)
Sales tax is 6.625% on the sum of payments (due upfront, or rolled into the CAP cost)

Since you are already starting at $5K over MSRP, the payment is likely to be very ugly.
