Leasing a new 2023 Acura Integra A Spec

I am wanting to lease a new 2023 Acura Integra (CVT) A-Spec with the Sport Black styling package.
Before I physically go into a dealership, I want to be prepared with what a good deal would be to lease it for 36 months at 10,000/yr milage.

The MSRP on the A-Spec package with Platinum White Pearl exterior and Sport Black styling is roughly $34,469

I do not want to get ripped off, as this will be my first time leasing a car.
Any insight or help would be appreciated!
