MF on 2023 Accord touring single pay lease 08534

I know a lot of people think one-payment leases are crazy but I don't want monthly bills. I work on commission my wife doesn't work and I don't know what the next 36 months could look like plus I already have her car payments. If I total a new car the loss of some money would be the least of my worries.

I plan on selling my 2018 Accord Touring and putting that into the 2023 lease and maybe buying it at the end if I want to. I might just privately sell it to get more. It has 26K miles on it and is in good condition, garage kept etc.

The quote on the 2023 Accord Touring nonpremium color single-pay lease. One payment of $24,439.94 with a residual of $23,781 - 61% residual - comes with GAP coverage too

I live in NJ 08534 - but the dealership is in PA since my local one was adding 5K and protection BS to the cost of a lease and wasn't budging.

I don't have the money factor for a one-pay lease I asked for that data. They did share with me the MF for non-one-pay leases. .00285 AKA 6.84% They quoted me for a 36 Month lease 5K down 552$ a month 10K down 393$, 15K down 234$

Below are the fees.

The selling price is $38,985

Tax Zip 08534 - $1352.35
Tire Tax $5.00
Local Use Fund $5.00
Acquisition fee $795
Online Registration $20.47
Doc Fee $449.00
Title Fees $58.00
Registration $39.00
Transfer Fee $9
Temporary Tag $34.00

Total fees $2766.47

Is this a good deal? My credit score is over 800 too. What should I be pushing back against? What is the MF on a one pay Honda lease? THANK You for the help

    1) All Honda leases come with GAP, at no extra charge
    2) 36/10? .00285 MF is correct. Single-pay lease is .00205 MF
    3) What is the MSRP? The same as the selling price? Or, different?
    4) Your single-pay quote doesn't seem to take into account the lower money factor for single-pay. The payment should be about $1800 less. That payment appears that they just added the regular payments up, rather than with the discounted MF
